NYC’s COVID-19 Engagement Portal
A portal that allows New Yorkers to self-report COVID-19 information allowing NYC to better communicate with affected people and identify areas that may need a greater response. All inputs are confidential.

NYC’s COVID-19 Hotel Program
The NYC COVID-19 Hotel Program (or “Take Care Hotels) provides free hotel stays for individuals living with someone who has tested positive for COVID-19, and who are unable to separate safely at home. This can mean that the home does not have space for people to stay six feet away from others, people share rooms or a bathroom, an individual in the home is vulnerable.
Any doctor, nurse or physician’s assistant across NYC can e-mail CommCareCP@nychhc.org to refer a patient to a room. If an individual does not have a doctor, any symptomatic New Yorker can call the City’s COVID hotline at 844-692-4692 and ask for the COVID Hotel Program.
