NYCHA has a NEW Searchable Work Order Database

Published on April 11, 2023 by Yvonne Peña

NYCHA residents can now check the status of work orders with a new Searchable Ticket Database online at https://my.nycha.info/PublicSite/WorkOrder/WorkOrderRetrieval. With the Searchable Ticket Database, residents have an additional method to check the status of work orders; however, residents can continue to call the NYCHA Customer Contact Center (CCC) at 718-707-7771 or use the MyNYCHA app (available for download on Android or Apple devices) to track work orders.

Information on closed work orders from the previous 12 months (from the date of search) is also available in the Searchable Ticket Database.

The new database does not replace the process by which residents create new work orders for repairs. To request routine maintenance repairs, residents can call the CCC Monday through Friday, 8:00 am – 4:30 pm, or use the MyNYCHA app or MyNYCHA Web anytime.

To report emergencies, residents can call the CCC 24 hours/day, 7 days/week. Emergencies include elevator breakdowns, floods, heat and hot water issues, gas leaks, electrical power failures, toilet stoppages that cause floods, and sewer leaks.
