Income guidelines have increased, click here for a chart of the updated income guidelines.
SNAP benefit amounts have increased slightly.
Certain deductions have increased: the shelter cap, as well as the homeless deduction.

SNAP Changes as a Result of H.R. 1

NYS OTDA has released a summary of SNAP changes under H. R. 1: https://otda.ny.gov/policy/gis/2025/25DC055.pdf. These changes include immigrant access to SNAP and the elimination of many ABAWD exemptions.

Able-Bodied Adults without Dependent Children (ABAWD) Waiver
